MUC-OFF: maintenance of your bike
Rex Trimmell, concerned about improving the cleaning and maintenance of his bike, created a perfect pink spray to clean his bike.
From this small spray came the idea of MUC-OFF, an English company that was founded in 1994 and the brand quickly developed bicycle maintenance products that respect the bicycle and the environment.
At a time when many cyclists are still cleaning their bicycles with rags and dishwashing products, the highly developed products designed by MUC-OFF will become much more effective. Building on this success, MUC-OFF will then create a range of motorcycle maintenance products and a third range for cars.
The company then creates a "body care" range: spray body, hair and body wash, scrub and a range of creams for athletes' performance (creams to nourish muscles, heating creams, endurance creams fighting against lactic acid, recovery creams).
MUC-OFF collaborates with many athletes from all disciplines.
For example, the Hydrodynamic Lube Team Sky Lubricant, MUCOFF's most advanced lubricant, was specially created at the request of the British SKY cycling team, whose quality requirements are well known, using the most efficient oils and additives, the Hydrodynamic Lube has the advantage of being used in all conditions, dry or wet.
