GoPro, a success story
"Think about it. Look at him. Look at him. Do it..." The GoPro brand designs the most versatile cameras in the world.
The idea of the GoPro began in 2001 when its inventor, Nick Woodman, an unemployed young Californian, wanted to stage himself in his passion for surfing. A shock-resistant camera, straps to attach it to the body or head, the first prototypes came out of Nick Woodman's workshop. It was only in 2005 that he created Woodman Labs, located in San Mateo, California, and began marketing his cameras for the first time.
Then very quickly, fans of extreme sports take ownership of it by posting their videos on video sharing sites. Gopro allows you to share the highlights of your life with amazingly rendered photos and videos.
A complete range of GoPro accessories
In October 2012, Woodman Labs unveiled the third generation of its Hero HD camera, available with many accessories: straps, mounts, LCD screen, batteries, harnesses, remote controls, etc. These accessories allow you to use the camera for almost all your extreme sports activities.
